Matfin Home Loans was founded by Darren Matthews, an MBA graduate, with the aim of providing his clients with professional advice and quality service.

Our approach is one of providing relevant information and assisting clients in making the most appropriate choices about their home loans using the most up to date market information.

Matfin Home Loans is registered with over 30 different lenders including ANZ, AMP, Bankwest, Citibank, Commonwealth Bank, ING, NAB, St George, Westpac and many more.

By understanding our client’s needs and requirements, we research, negotiate and then recommend the most appropriate home loans for our client’s circumstances.

Only when our clients are comfortable with the recommendations made, do we then arrange the finance for them, driving the whole process until the loan is settled. Our service does not stop there. We then continue to be the first point of contact for any of our client’s lending needs. We also keep our clients informed of changing market conditions and interest rates. We also conduct reviews on our clients’ loans on a regular basis.

And best of all, we do not charge our clients a fee as we receive our income from the lender that our clients choose to finance with. All income is fully disclosed, and our clients’ personal and financial details always remain secured, as our compliance with the Privacy Act is one of our top priorities.
